Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. local time.
Late check-out is subject to an additional charge, subject to availability of rooms in the requested category. After 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., the hourly rate is 220 rubles per hour (standard room) and 330 rubles per hour (premium room). After 6:00 p.m., the room is charged at 50% of the confirmed rate, and after midnight, 100% of the confirmed rate.
Cash payment. Payment for accommodation and services provided by the hotel is made in Russian rubles.
Payment by bank cards (VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic).
Cashless payment, provided that an official request for a guaranteed reservation is submitted to the hotel at least three days prior to the expected arrival date.
