The action is valid only when booking by phone +7 (8212) 39-14-00 or by e-mail palacehotel@mail.ru.
Booking for a promotion is "unguaranteed" (booking is canceled if the guest did not register at the hotel until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival, excluding cases when the guest or customer indicated the booking later the time of arrival).
The promotion does not apply to booking when paying for non-cash payment to the hotel’s settlement account or when booking from a legal entity.
Discounts are not added.
