This saint is especially loved and revered in Orthodox Christianity. Among the people, she is considered the patron of the family, crops, livestock. It is believed that the miraculous power of the great martyr reported water, being in rivers and wells and healing from diseases. During the tour you:
- You go to the Holy Ascension Temple, one of the most famous in the Komi region. It contains the icon of St. Paraskeva. You can also visit the church shop here.
- Visit the worship cross, instead of which there used to be a church named after the Great Martyr. According to legend, Paraskeva Pyatnitsa appeared three times where you need to build it.
- Hear the story of the 400-year-old wonder-eating that still stands. Its lower branches bowed to the ground and formed a dome. Under it, believers read prayers and are attached to the icon.
- Visit the Serafimov Women's Monastery, whose mother-founder especially revered Paraskeva. Get acquainted with the interior of the monastery, bypass its territory, you will see the ancient chapel of the ninth century.
